1.  Cut a strip of paper no wider than 1/4"

2.  Wrap the paper snugly around your finger and mark the paper where it meets
 
3.  Measure the marked length of paper and compare it to the chart below.  

4. The paper ring should slip comfortably, but not too easily, off your finger. 

 

5. If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, measure the knuckle as described above. Pick a ring size between your two measurements.
 

6. Wider rings tend to have a tighter fit.  If you're selecting a ring over 5mm wide, consider going a size larger for a comfortable fit.
